Holly Hildreth is a commercial animal and pet photographer based in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in dramatic, story-driven imagery of dogs and the people who love them.
Holly Hildreth is known for her commercial-style lighting, precise timing, and expressive visual storytelling, creating work that blends professional polish with authentic personality. Her animal photography has appeared in international advertising campaigns, on consumer products, magazine and book covers, and large-scale installations including billboards.
In addition to private commissions, Holly works with commercial clients including globally-recognized pet brands that are seeking distinctive animal imagery for advertising, editorial, product, and marketing uses. Her work can be found globally in stores, often in the form of greeting cards, books, apparel, calendars, and more.
Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Commercial Photography from the University of Central Missouri and earned her Master Photographer degree through the Professional Photographers of America. As an industry leader, Holly has also taught for the International Society of Animal Image Makers and has received numerous awards for her work in professional photography competitions.
While best known for her dog photography, Holly also photographs products, landscapes, and nature subjects, bringing the same technical precision and cinematic approach across genres.
Holly shares her life with her corgis, whose personalities helped inspire her love of expressive, character-driven animal photography.
Outside of client work, Holly volunteers her time and talents with local rescue organizations to photograph homeless dogs to help them find their forever homes.
